Our aluminium products

Minimum aluminium content—without ambiguous purity claims.

The percentage identifies minimum aluminium content only. Buyers should share their required limits for Fe, Si, Cu, Mn, Mg, Zn, Pb, Sn and other relevant elements before order confirmation.

SBC-9696%

Minimum Aluminium Content

Offered against an agreed written specification. Balance chemistry and individual element limits are not implied by the aluminium percentage alone.

SBC-9898%

Minimum Aluminium Content

Our highest listed commercial Al-content grade. It is not described as primary or high-purity aluminium unless the full chemistry independently supports that description.

Technical disclosure

What each grade means—and what it does not mean.

SBC-96, SBC-97 and SBC-98 state minimum aluminium content. They do not automatically define an alloy, every impurity limit, mechanical properties, ingot dimensions or testing scope.

ParameterSBC-96SBC-97SBC-98
Minimum aluminium content≥ 96.00%≥ 97.00%≥ 98.00%
Individual element limitsFe, Si, Cu, Mn, Mg, Zn, Pb, Sn and other relevant limits must be agreed in writing.
Ingot form, size and piece weightStandard piece weights are approximately 5 kg and 17 kg. Other piece weights are available against an approved client requirement.
Testing and COA scopeBatch chemistry is evaluated by spectrometric analysis (spectro analysis). Sampling and report or COA scope are confirmed before order.
Commercial acceptanceGoverned by the mutually approved specification, quotation and purchase order.

Lot evaluation checklist

What a scrap seller must declare.

  1. Material category and approximate quantity
  2. Actual lot photographs or video
  3. Packing, attachments and moisture
  4. Contamination or mixed-material disclosure
  5. Loading location and tax documentation
  6. Expected commercial terms

No lot is accepted solely from website descriptions. Purchase, rate, deductions, weight basis and payment terms are confirmed only after documents and inspection are reviewed.

Quality approach

Disciplined scrap evaluation and controlled aluminium production.

Metal lots vary by category and condition. Procurement focuses on documentation and inspection, while aluminium production adds segregation, process discipline and spectrometric verification.

01

Source & Receive

Material details and purchase terms are reviewed before receipt.

02

Inspect & Segregate

Lots are checked and grouped according to material characteristics.

03

Process & Test

Aluminium melting inputs are controlled and batch chemistry is evaluated by spectrometric analysis.

04

Cast & Dispatch

Finished products are prepared for dispatch against agreed requirements.

We state clearly

What can be relied upon

  • The minimum aluminium-content grade in the written offer
  • GST and IEC identity displayed on this website
  • Contact and location details stated on the contact page
  • Commercial terms recorded in approved documents

Must be agreed

What should never be assumed

  • Individual impurity or alloy-element limits
  • Testing method, sampling plan or COA format
  • Product dimensions, weight, packing and dispatch timeline
  • Scrap acceptance, deductions, recovery or final purchase rate

Straight answers

Questions an industrial buyer or scrap seller should ask.

Does 98% mean high-purity or primary aluminium?

No. SBC-98 means a commercial grade with minimum 98% aluminium content. It is not represented as a standard alloy, primary aluminium or high-purity aluminium unless the complete agreed chemistry independently supports that description.

Are Fe, Si, Cu, Mn, Mg and other elements fixed?

Not from the Al percentage alone. The required individual element limits must be supplied by the buyer and recorded in the accepted quotation or purchase order.

Will a test report or COA be supplied?

Batch chemistry is evaluated by spectrometric analysis. The sampling basis and report or COA scope are agreed before the order, so buyers should state their exact documentation requirement in the quotation enquiry.

What ingot piece weights are available?

Standard ingot piece weights are approximately 5 kg and 17 kg. Other piece weights can be discussed and must be confirmed in the accepted quotation or purchase order.

Which ferrous and non-ferrous scrap categories do you purchase?

Aluminium UBC, foil, cable and wire, extrusion, radiator and mixed scrap, together with HMS, steel profiles, copper and brass scrap, may be evaluated. Every lot remains subject to documents, declared grade, actual condition, inspection and commercial acceptance.

What should I specify for an aluminium notch bar quote?

State the required chemistry, dimensions, piece weight, notch pattern, packing and testing scope. These parameters are confirmed in the accepted quotation or purchase order and should not be inferred from a representative website image.

How are quantity, price and payment terms confirmed?

They are decided lot-wise and stated in the written quotation, purchase order or other mutually accepted commercial document. The website itself is not a binding offer.
